Choose the right MailCalm plan for your team.
Every plan includes the complete MailCalm routing system. Plans are based on how many people may actively receive routed email at the same time. Additional people can be stored in MailCalm while set to Off.
Pricing is not charged per employee seat. Each plan has a clear active-routing limit, and people set to Off do not actively receive routed email.
Current compatibility
MailCalm supports Windows 11 on a 64-bit PC, and macOS 13 Ventura or later on Apple Silicon or Intel Macs. One designated computer handles routing while your team stays in Outlook.
Ordinary staff do not need MailCalm installed or a MailCalm login. Allocated emails can be forwarded to each selected person’s chosen email address.
Microsoft access
With access to your Microsoft 365 inbox in place, you can usually set up and test MailCalm in a morning or afternoon. Your Microsoft 365 administrator may need to approve access.
