Every plan includes the complete MailCalm routing system. Plans are based on how many people may actively receive routed email at the same time. Additional people can be stored in MailCalm while set to Off.
Pricing is not charged per employee seat. Each plan has a clear active-routing limit, and people set to Off do not actively receive routed email.
Current compatibility
The MailCalm routing application currently runs on macOS 13 Ventura or later. One designated Mac actively routes the Microsoft 365 mailbox the team uses. That can be a formal Microsoft 365 shared mailbox or another Microsoft 365 mailbox used as a team inbox.
Ordinary staff do not need MailCalm installed or a MailCalm login. Allocated emails can be forwarded to each selected person’s chosen email address.
Microsoft access
With Microsoft 365 access already in place, MailCalm can usually be downloaded, configured, tested and running within a few hours.
Microsoft 365 sign-in, mailbox access and permissions need to be in place before setup can be completed.
